To receive Temporary disability benefits, your treating doctor needs to report to the employer and its carrier that you have TTD (Total Temporary Disable)status and request that you be taken off from work. You may also apply for disability benefits from EDD. Feel free to call us at 213.388.7070 for a free consultation.
