Should I accept permanent partial disabilty payment from my WC insurer for a knee injury (replacement)? Will this affect my final settlement payment?

Yes, Temporary disability benefits will not be deducted from your final settlement. But if you already had gone to a QME, you may be receiving advances without understanding the difference. If you need representation, call us at 213.388.7070.
