Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
I have a worker's comp. case since october, 2006 and I need 2 more surgery but my attorney say the I need to wait until I will go to court. I move out state and I dont have a doctor anymore and I keep and calling my attorney and he send me a message the I need to keep waiting. I never received any money from insurance company and my health its going down every day. What can I do now?

I would need some additional information before I can definitively answer your question. For instance, is your claim accepted? Were the surgeries approved by the insurance company? Has your doctor ever taken you off work as a result of your work-related injury?
In the meantime, I would suggest that you call your attorney's office and request a phone conference with the attorney so that you can get all of your questions answered. Of course, if you are unsatisfied with the results, you always have the option of finding a different attorney to represent you.
