workers comp case second surgery

june 24,2007 work injury case filed,

i was diagnosed with bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome and tenosynovitis of both hands .june 16 2008 had my left wrist surgery but it did not help at all. it get worst. after 9 agonizing months i changed doctor. 2nd doctor told me

i need another surgery for both hands.he said the thing in between

my wrist joint is so thin due to over use or repetitive motion causing the pain.now i'm very scared to have another surgery but i have no choice,doctor put me on disability for 3 mos. my question is do i need a lawyer, pls . help me i need to go back to work asap i have kids
