Workers Comp Dr.
Do I have to keep going to my employeers Dr or can I go to the one my Lawyer has provided?

It depends on whether or not your employer complied with the labor code relating to MPN physicians. Without knowing all the details of your case, it would be very difficult to give you an analysis which would lead to an answer. I would recommend asking your lawyer since he/she is already familiar with your case.
