Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Workers Comp for family buisines....

If the only employees that work in the family buisiness are family, is it law we carry workmans comp insurance???

It is the law. However, I feel that is irrelevant because it should be your own sense of survival that should make you purchase workers' comp insurance. Without it, you are a walking target. Buy it immediately.
