Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

My Workers Comp Hearing Settlement Was This Morning But The Attorneys For The Insurance Company did Not Want to Settle Unless I Drop My Labor Attorney. Is This Away For Them To Have Me Settle, They know That I Need money Bad.. Can Anybody Tell Me What To do? Settle Or Not Workers Comp..

I, nor any other competent attorney can tell you what to do without completely knowing your case. That said, the defendant is merely using your labor case as leverage. There is no general obligation for you to drop your case, unless it becomes part of the terms in your work comp settlement agreement.
