Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I had a workers comp inhury 10 years ago they are now trying to settle if I settle and have problems in the future can I co to my primary Dr. for care?

Whether or not you have a WC injury, the only restrictions on who you go to is if they accept WC patients. Call your Dr. up and see what their policy is.
