If your doctor is asking for a medical history during your exam, you want to give them what they ask, generally.

Perhaps it may be best to contact my office for a complete free consultation at 1.877.505.INJURY.

I highly recommend that you minimize any communication with the claim adjuster. Don't sign any releases and don't volunteer any information because you make their job easier. The function of Claim adjustors are not to help you but to serve insurance companies. If they really need any information, they can take your deposition and your attorney will prepare you how or if you have to answer all these questions. Feel free to call us at 213.388.7070 for a free consultation.
