Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

the workers comp insurance co has astamated my wages lower than they really are, they wont pay me for days I was off before they offered me modified duty ( i know about the three day waiting period)

so I need to take them to the workers appeal board. the problem is my attorney wont answer or return my calls. ( I should have figured somthing wasd wrong when he said he's not gonna spend a lot of time on my case) ARE THERE ANY ATTORNEYS IN THE SACRAMENTO AREA that are willing to agressivly help me fight an insurance company whos trying to get me to quit my job and just give up on my case. I hurniated a disc in my lower back from a fall

You should contact the Sacramento County Bar Association or the California State Bar for assistance in dealing with your current lawyer refusing to assist you. If that fails, you may seek a referral from the Sacramento County Bar Association, ask for their lawyer referral service.
