I have been having pain in my arm/wrist for approx 1 month & never had the time to go to the Dr. I was terminated & decided I beeter go before my insurance was over. I have been diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrom. Can I file for workmans comp? I was terminated 03/22/07 & diagnosed 03/30/07

you will need representation because you have fallen into a post termination filing and there are specific staatutes dealing with same. Expect the carrier to deny the claim because there are no medical reports showing an injury before you were terminated.
