Re: workers comp. problem
Do yourself a favor and consult with a law firm specializing in Workers' Compensation. From what you have written I fear that you have a serious injury that needs professional medical attention. Your Workers' Compensation attorney can get you the medical attention you need, the time off work or on restricted work that you need and compensation for your time off. If the matter results in some kind of partial disability, the Worker's Compensation Attorney will have a number of benefits that are yours to collect to protect you and get you compensated for your losses. Please consult a Worker's Compensation Attorney. My law firm does not do cases that are strickly Workers' Compensation, but I can direct you to one that does.
