Workers Comp
I have not been relased by my doctor and I'm not receiving any disability payments, last payment was about one year ago, I had surgery 4+ months ago I feel I'm recovered, Can I look for--name removed--new job?

Your having suffered an industrial injury has no effect on your looking for other employment. You can do so if you want to. But yuo should be receiving disability benefits unti you do go to work some where or your condition is determined to be permanent and stationary. Contact the WC carrier for your employer and find out why you are not getting any benefits. Find out if you are entitled to any vocational rehabilitation benefits.
