Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

workers' comp temporary disability payments

I was injured at work almost two years ago, my doctor took me off work for about six months, then put me back to work. Now that I'm back off work, does the insurance company have to refigure my disability payments or do they stay the same as the first time?

Re: workers' comp temporary disability payments

Your temporary disability benefits will be 2/3 of your wages. You may have permanent disability that needs to be evaluated from your injury two years and you maybe entitled to a settlement for that. Please feel free to call us at 213.388.7070 for a free consultation.
