Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

worker's comp types of settlements

Your claim adjuster is not an attorney to give you advise for your best interest. You can settle with C & R that includes future medicals. Call us at 213.388.7070 if you need representation.

If you're still with your employer, generally, they do not like to enter into a C&R. Instead, you will probably enter into a Stipulation With Request For Award. However, if your employer has new workers' comp insurance carrier at the time of settlement, then sometimes they will enter into a C&R and allow you to remain with your employer.
