Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I was taken off work by my MD for two weeks due to stress. I informed my employer who then sent me to a workers comp MD. My job is insisting I file a work comp claim. Do I have to? Should I?

When you file a worker's Comp claim, then your employer can refer the claim to their Insurance company and let them take care of it. You maybe entitled to medical treatment, Temporary disability which the insurance company can cover. Feel free to call us at 213.388.7070 for a free consultation.
