is it normal for claim adjuster to come to your house since i have a back injury and i can not walk or sit for to long. thank you

No, it is not normal for them to leave the Office; in general they have way too many case files to handle to be able to take the time to visit someone. And few injured employees want the insurance company's representative to visit their home. They do use investigators sometimes and those people will go to various sites. Adjusters normally do all the discussion over the telephone and do not require yo to come in to meet in person with them [again, the problem of lack of time]. I am assuming that you would have no problem with the adjuster doing everything over the phone.
