Workers' Compensation
If currently in a workers' compensation case for wrist injury, can person go to school at night to further education? Please advise.

I think you are inquiring about the vocational rehabilitation schools. If your injury is after 1/2005 then you are entitled to a voucher and can use that for vocational school tuition. Call us at 213.388.7070 for further discussion about your case.

In my experience it usually depends upon the circumstances of employment. Some carriers will allow you to attend class and others will not. You should contact the carrier and find out its position.
