Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Worker's Compensation

I filed a Worker's Comp claim in 10/06 and went through all the steps, I finally just received a letter accepting my claim. My question is I quit my job feeling I had no other options, the letter claims the doctor found ''no periods of temporary disability'', which is not true, does this mean I will not be receiving unpaid loss of wages during that period?

Thanks!

Re: Worker's Compensation

When injured workers attempt to prosecute their own claim, it ususally leads to where you are at now. It might be best to seek representation with a local attorney. If you like however, you can contact my office and we could expand on the facts and answers together. 818.385.0520
