I need to know If i should seek an attorney's assitance for a filed workers compensation claim. My physician has put me out for 3 weeks due to high anxiety and stress caused by a Manager at my workplace.

Such claims are almost uniformly rejected by the employer. So if you do want to file a WC claim you will need an attorney. But you should consider other alternatives since filing such a claim threatens loss of your job. Can you be switched over to another department or position so that you do not have the same suprervisior, is their behavior so basd as to other employees that you can get HR to bring them in for counseling, and you work out some sort of compromise with the supervisor?
