Is there and if so, what is the maximum amount of a workers comp. settlement with permament disability in state of California?

Your question is not clear, however, I will take a stab at answering it regardless. First, you cannot be more than 100% permanently disabled. Next, if you're referring to settlement amounts, there is really no limit depending on your level of injury. In fact, I just settled a case for $3,050,000.00 last week.
