Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

workers compensation

I have worked for a major bank for 29 years. In the past year the management has put extreme pressure on me to the point that my doctor put me on a 3 month medical leave due to the elevated blood pressure and heartrate. Do I have a case there are more details but not enough room to write

Yes, If your hypertension and other medical condition were caused or aggravated by work pressure, you would have a strong argument that you have a work-related injury. I had a case regarding an employee who had a stroke at work in which medical examiner later determined that it was partially work-related. Contact us at 213.388.7070 for a free consultation.
