If you are suing more than one defendant should they be listed in the suit as well. I address the laywer about the other three defendants that are supposed to be in the suit I was to attend the deposition regardless and they will transcripts. To the other three defendants. Should I postponed my case until all of the defendants are listed in the suit

No, you do not postpone your lawsuit. Based upon your question, it appears that you filed a CT over a long period of time. Do not worry, the leading defendant will join the other defendants. Not a big deal.
