Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
workers's comp
If my doctor states that I am not to perform certain tasks, can my employer insist that I comply with what they want me to do. The doctor in reference is a worker's comp doctor.

Re: workers's comp
If the employer is making you perform tasks that your doctor says you should not do, then you are not able to perform modified work and should be TTD until your modifications change, or the modified work offered is appropriate.
