Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
Ive been working in my company for 6 years now, I fell down at work and hurt my back, another employee was standing 3 feet away from ne when this happened, didnt feel pain until the next day and when I was getting ready to report it, the company terminated me because they found out I was flirting with the Human resource lady, which gave me no chance to let them know I was in pain.
It was friday, my last day at work. I didnt go to the doctor that same day because they were closing already and if I went to emergency it was going to be $200.dllrs so I waited for Monday and thats when I went to the doctors and was treated for the pain. A lawyer has now taken my case, my question is this...
Is my case a valid workers comp or will I lose the case?
Please help, I am worried...
