Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Old Workman Comp Case/Medical Open

I have medical 4 life frm WC case 1995.

No Problems seeing Dr. Until now.

It seems last two years, I am being refused medication, tens unit, injections. Now that I moved out of my area, it is even harder to find someone to take my case on. I had a attorney but they left the business. Question, Would I be better off just closing my case. It was my upper and lower back/neck, hands. I feel my own family Dr. would be of more help then this.

I hope someone will respond with some help as I am seriously thinking of just calling the Ins. Co. and say ''You Win''. Close the Case.

Call the insurance company to find out how little they will offer you to settle the medical claim. In general, it definitely not to your benefit to settle. Find out why the carrier is not paying for your medical treatment; get it in writing. Then go to a local WC attorney to see what they can do for you.
