Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

workmans comp claim

I dislocated my shoulder at work last Aug. My Dr released me [P&S] with no restrictions in Feb. and W/C closed the case.I am having nothing but trouble with my shoulder, it is not improving like I thought it would over time. Can I re-open my claim since my company is no longer in business and if so how is it done as I would like to see about more medicial care...Thank You

You have been treated by insurance company doctors and that's why they did not find any permanent disability. You need to be evaluated by a panel QME or AME. We have cases all over california. If you need representation call us at 213.388.7070.
