Re: workmans comp
You need to hire an attorney who will file a WCAB application. It seems that you still need treatment and you will need to continue treatment and receive temporary disability benefits until doctor issues a P & S report. Feel free to call us at 213.388.7070 if you need representation.
Re: workmans comp
Based upon what little information you provided in your question, and assuming that you do not have an attorney, the defense will most likely send you to a defense QME to lower your permanent disability in order to avoid paying you any real money at the end of your case. With that, they will proceed to offer you a settlement to buy out your claim or a stipulation which pays future medical. I will be glad to get more into detail if you contact me at 818.385.0520. The consultation is free.
