Is it leagal for Workmans comp to change your rate of pay with out notifying you?

They must notify you, but keep in mind there are a couple of legitimate reasons why they can change your rate of pay. First, you may have been released from your primary treating physician which means that you go from temporary disability to permanent disability which is often less. Next, they may have discovered a mistake in your rate of pay and adjusted your rate of pay accordingly.
