Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
workmans comp
workmans comp has been paying for medical bills but has not given me a paycheck and I have been out of work for 2 months. They keep telling me they are looking into my claim. What can I do to get a paycheck?

request an expedited hearing through the information and assistance office if the medical reports say that you can only work modified work and the employer has none.
