Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Workmans Comp!

I work for a major airline and injured my lower back , workmans comp claim was accepted. I had ten PT sessions and saw a spinal specialist, she reccomended steroid injections. I did not decline but ask for a secound opinion for non surgical treament DRX9000 spinal decompression. If I known someone who had this non surgilcal treatment and is a candidate thru workmans comp may I get the same treatment as he/she did.

You can not tell them what treatment to provide but can discuss it with them and point out how much cheaper it might be. They will go along with what a physician says.
