Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
workman's compensation
Is there any way a person that has been on workman's compensation two years can go back on temporary if they still need operations? my case is that the arbitrator doctor between the attorney and insurance company agreed to comply with his decision,his decision was to put me on disiabilty again and they refuse, what is my legal move, Is ther a way that I can go on temporary disiablity again?

I guess you were examined by either a panel QME examiner or an Agreed Medical Examiner. In your case there may be a need for some reasonable period for recovery and additional therapy after your surgery. However, you need to be evaluated again after your surgery by the same AME or Panel doctor to determine your periods of disability, permanent disability and future medicals.
