It is childish, improper, and difficult to get them to change. If you "rat" on them they wil take it out on you, so try to get a supervisor to just be there when it happens. See if you can bring something up to change the subject, joke about the subject with a hint that they are idiots for acting as they do, see if any one in human relations can help. After a while, they will tire of the subject and start on someone else. You could take to someone at the FEPC about it being a hostile work environment.
