Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Cameroon

I have an additonal question. If your an executor and a dwelling was transferred to you. As an exucutor if you haveno money to pay the deceased bills or soon to be deceased bills. The will states one thing however if you wish to do whats right .Can you leagally sell the dwellin for the bills and burials , medical and any additional bills to be paid.

If the house was transferred to you, then you can sell it and spend the proceeds however you wish.

This question makes no sense. There is no executor unless and until one is appointed by the court in a probate proceeding that probates a will after the maker of the will dies.
