Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Canada
last will and testiment
My uncle has left me everything of nature and kind. It also says the residue is to split equally with my cousins. Who decides the recidue? Can I keep some of the money for myself?--name removed--

This is a matter for construction of the will.
From what you have said you are the sole beneficiary. Once the property has been gifted there is nothing in the residue to give away.
