Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Canada
I bought something from a company, haven't got it yet, they filed bankruptcy.
I bought a computer over the internet from Patriot Computer Corp at their website (barbiepc.com).
They charged my credit card. I ordered it on the 18th of Novemeber, they filed bankruptcy on the 7th of December. I haven't received it yet. Will I get it, or my money back?

First you should write to the complaint or dispute address for your credit card company and ask them to remove the charge because you did not receive the merchandise. Then you should locate the trustee appointed for the bankruptcy company who should have access to the records to determine whether your merchandise was shipped. You may be able to file a claim to get your money back if the credit card company will not remove the charge.
