Legal Question in Business Law in Canada
failure to perform
Paid in full for a service and the service was never rendered and because of this have lost money in potential clientelle. Was suppost to put up signs for the business and car graphics, but never happened. Have a full receipt for the work that needs to be done. Left around 12 messages, and also have received 3 calls back stating that the work will be done, but nothing has happened.

Re: failure to perform
You will need to demand performance as per the original agreement or demand a return of your money. If your demands are ignored you will be in a position to sue for damages.
