"Reasonable Commercial Best Efforts" or

"reasonable commercial efforts" are a modification of a standard contract term to use "best efforts".

"Reasonable commercial efforts" is a lower standard that may excuse performance of an obligation if the costs involved were excessive by reference to a standard of reasonableness.
