Legal Question in Business Law in Canada
International confidentiality agreements
I would like to propose a business pitch to potential partners in Canada. Is there a BINDING confidentiality agreement that is legal in Canada and the US?

Re: International confidentiality agreements
You would want to require them to submit to personal jurisdiction in your state and you will have to set up the facts to support enforcement of this provision. You may benefit from using binding arbitration of disputes. We can draft this agreement for you.
