Legal Question in Business Law in Canada

Setting up internet radio station with partners from 2 other countries

I am in the process of setting up an online radio station. My partners reside in Canada & Philipines. We need to create a Corp, register our name we will be operating under & open a bank account in order to earn revenue on our site from banner ads,pay pal donations as well as a merchandise store etc. How can this be accomplished since we are all in different countries.

Since monies vary from one country to another how can we set it up that if it starts to make us money that we all have equivilant amounts.

How can we know which country to set up the name/bank account?

I also was wondering if contracts to protect each of our interests in this venture can be drawn up & legal since we reside in different countries.

Thanks in advance for your time
