Legal Question in Business Law in Canada

Who do I sue??

I own a small florist, we recently provided flowers for a wedding thru a ''wedding Planner''. Everything went smoothly, they were prompt with a deposit, paid remainder amount prior to pick up of flowers. Our problems arises at the last moment. As the wedding planner picked up the last of the flowers, she asked if we could put together one last piece. This was over and above the quote. On good faith we put a piece together and on pick up we were told, she, the wedding planner, will come back and pay for this piece. Well here we are, still with no payment after many a request to clear this matter. Our question is...who do I take to small claims court. The couple getting married or the wedding planner who was our contact?

Re: Who do I sue??

I would sue both and let them work it out between themselves who's responsible for your account.
