Legal Question in Consumer Law in Canada
Ebay purchase gone wrong
I won an ebay auction for a camera from a seller in Ontario Canada. Seller insisted on payment by Western Union. Seller was paid $3100. It has been a month and the camera has not been received. Seller says he dosen't care. Can I lodge a complaint with authorities in Ontario? Which ones. Is there anything else I can do.

Re: Ebay purchase gone wrong
Surely eBay specifically warned you against paying by Western Union? (They did.) Surely Western Union specifically warned you against wiring money to strangers? (They did.) Your money is gone. Avoid scams, deal locally.
