Legal Question in Consumer Law in Canada
return policy
Do i have a certian amount of time that i may exchange an item that does not fit i do not have the bill but i am not asing for the money just an exchange. they told me all sales are final and they are dicount store so they do not do exchanges or refunds.

Re: return policy
While accepting returns is good customer service policy, there is no legal obligation on a company to accept returns.
