credit card debt
I am being sued for not paying my credit card debt . I have tried to explain that I have no money and dont work .what can they do to me ?

They can ask a judge to order that you make at least some monthly payments; you have to have a source of money from somewhere, even social assistance and you can be required to pay from that.
If you have assets such as property, a vehicle, or any thing of value, these can be seized and sold (with some exceptions and allowances). It will do no good to "put" them in someone else's name - this would very likely be seen as a fraudulent transfer, and will land you and them in even hotter water.
Perhaps you should see trustee in bankruptcy with a view to making an assignment in bankruptcy and thus discharging the debt.
