Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Canada
eBay Guitar Sold with Fraudulent Credit Card
I have been battled someone in canada to pay $650 for a guitar he purchased from me in San Diego california. He stole his grandfather's credit card and used it to buy the guitar on october 30 2006. The credit card company then infomred me late December 2006 that the payment was reversed and refused by the grandparents. By then the guitar had been shipped. How can I collect the money when PayPal can do nothing 45 days old? HELP.

You can try hiring an attorney in the San Diego area to write a demand letter and see if that gets you the money.
