Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Canada
fiancial responsibility
My husbund if fiancially irresponsible, does not pay his credit cards, hasn't paid taxes for a couple of years, has filed bankruptsy twice. He does not listen to anything I say, and continues on. Am I responsible for his debt load?

It depends on whether or not you are a joint debtor or co-signer. Without more information as to the exact nature of the debts and how you are involved with them a more specific answer is not possible.
