Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Canada

Loan Contract

I was granted a loan from one of Canada's leading banks for a trailor. I had just relocated and was in the process of accepting a job at the same bank. The informaion on the application was partly false, at the time the application was processed by the manager (my soon to be boss) who knew that unless I got the bank job I would not be able to uphold the contract and make the minimum payments, who also Knew that at the time the application was processed I did not have any income as I was unemployed. I was told (by friends) that I have grounds to have my loan contract thrown out. I'm not sure so that's why I'm here writing you. Any information that you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Loan Contract

You can not "get out of" your loan contract based on your fraud.
