I wanted to get a copy of the Statute of Limitations for credit card debt in Canada. Do you know where I could get that information?

Re: Statute of limitation on credit card debt
There is no Statute of Limitations for credit card debt for "Canada"; each Province has its own set of limitation periods set out in various Acts. In British Columbia the Act is the Limitation Act; an almost-up-to-date version can be found at http://www.qp.gov.bc.ca/statreg/stat/L/96266_01.htm
The most up to date version must be purchased from the Queen's Printer or you can go into the law library located n the Courthouse in most cities and towns in British Columbia and look without charge.
