Legal Question in Criminal Law in Canada

Case Law

I am an Ontario Court Reporter looking to find the correct spelling for cases used in court - this particular case has to do with trying Criminal and Provincial offence matters together, we can if both counsel agree - the case referred to KLUNESS - can someone please direct me to a site where I can get this type of info or at least the correct spelling for this case name.

Thanks.

Re: Case Law

The only free Internet database of Canadian cases is Canlii. http://www.canlii.org. It contains all higher level cases and some lower court decisions. Generally, the cases are from the past 10 years or so and not earlier, although many Supreme Court of Canada cases go further back.

Your case appears to be R. v. Clunas, 1992 CanLII 127 (S.C.C.)
