Well, a smart-aleck answer might suggest you can move out of the country, but a challenge to any enactment is perhaps available under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

Normally, only persons who are impacted by unconstitutional provisions are entitled to challenge them. Typically, a person charged with a criminal offence might challenge the basis of the criminal charge itself, some aspect of the procedure, or some part of the process itself.
